
Brigadier General (R) Richard B. Mr. Dix possesses advanced master's degrees in both Procurement Management & National Security Strategies. His exceptional insights into the Army's logistics during wartime made headlines in the Army Logistician Professional Bulletin's May-June 2007 edition, where he discussed the "AMC Support to Reconstitution in Afghanistan".
